Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a systematic, proactive method for evaluating a process to identify where and how it might fail and to assess the relative impact of different failures, in order to identify the parts of the process that are most in need of change. This one day course is designed for engineers and quality personnel involved in quality planning.
The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the steps required to produce a Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) by using well proven techniques and applying them to a company product.
